So far this is the latest advisory we have taken from the Department of Foreign Affairs website.

8 April 2010 – In view of the declaration of a state of emergency in Bangkok, Thailand on April 7, and the reported plans of demonstrators to intensify protests, Filipinos are advised to postpone all non-essential travel to Thailand, particularly to Bangkok.

Filipinos who are already in Thailand are advised to avoid areas that have been identified as meeting areas and staging areas for the rallyists.  END
